Scope of this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how HeavenlyTrade S.R.L.S., trading as Tallently, uses cookies and similar technologies on tallently.com and app.tallently.com. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small value stored by a browser and returned to a website on later requests. Similar technologies include local storage and small measurement requests used to understand technical performance.
Our approach
Strictly necessary cookies
The authenticated application uses cookies that are required to sign users in, maintain a secure session, refresh authentication and enforce multi-factor authentication. These cookies are set only when needed to provide a service requested by the user and cannot be disabled through a Tallently preference panel.

Blocking these cookies can prevent login, account recovery, MFA verification and access to the application.
Stripe checkout and billing portal
When an account owner chooses a paid plan or opens the billing portal, Tallently redirects the browser to a Stripe-hosted page. Stripe may set its own necessary cookies to operate checkout, remember a session, prevent fraud and secure payment processing. Those cookies are controlled by Stripe and are described in Stripe’s own privacy and cookie notices.
Tallently does not receive or store the complete payment-card number or card security code.
Technical performance measurement
The application uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-world loading and responsiveness. It sends limited technical measurements such as route, timing and device/browser context so we can diagnose performance. We do not use this information for advertising, and the current implementation does not rely on a persistent advertising identifier or non-essential cookie.
Our hosting and security providers may also receive ordinary request information—such as IP address, user agent and timestamps—in server and security logs. Those logs are covered by the Privacy Policy rather than being stored as browser cookies.
Why there is no cookie banner
Tallently currently places only technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver the application requested by a user. We therefore do not display a consent banner that would imply optional tracking. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or similar technology, we will update this policy and obtain consent before activating it where required by law.
Browser controls
Most browsers let you inspect, block or delete cookies through privacy settings. You can also use a private browsing mode or clear site data after signing out. Instructions vary by browser and device.
If you block all cookies for app.tallently.com, the service may be unable to authenticate you or preserve security state. Deleting session cookies will usually sign you out.
Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the technologies used by the website or application materially change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
