What file types can I send?
PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC and ZIP files are supported. You can upload several formats together in one mixed batch or paste files directly from your clipboard.
Do I need to separate receipts from invoices?
No. Tallently identifies receipts, purchase and sales invoices, statements, credit notes and business records automatically. Types become filters later, never decisions you need to make first.
How does email-in work?
Every business gets one permanent Tallently address. Forward supplier emails there and Tallently handles attachments, HTML receipts and accessible invoice links while removing forwarding noise.
What happens with a multi-document scan?
Tallently detects page boundaries and proposes the split. High-confidence documents continue automatically; an ambiguous split reaches Review with the best answer already selected.
Will uploads stop if I reach my plan limit?
